I have a file given in csv format which I am going to convert it into the shapefile. The data is collected from the fields in Andaman. The co-ordinates are in degree decimal format stored as the string. But the points are shifting far away from its actual position.The data is downloaded from website but I dont know projection.

I have tried using projections in UTM 46 Zone, WGS 1984, and Web Mercator one, but the points are still shifting. From the actual Position it is stillThe Arrow points where the actual location should be
