When i open python pip it will shows a window then closes and on the driver booster it wont launch and gives dll error enter image description here

and on google chrome it just crashes but on supermium not
the title of pip will be a temp folder but should launch on data
i tried sfc /scannow and deleting temp and chkdsk but none of them didnt work
i cant reinstall my windows i have so important things please gimme a solution thanks
