I saw an error like below, and was wondering if a bump to jasmine 4.0.0 would resolve the issue (if that version existed). In general, does the > just relate to minor versions or can the dependency be resolved by any newer version.

I have resolved this error, but this question dawned on me as I was troubleshooting.
