I do

1. DNS Flush / release / renew
2. Run netsh winsock reset catalog in Command Prompt.
3. Run netsh int ipv4 reset
4. Remove – Ethernet – Configure – Power Management- Allow tick
5. Remove IPv6 tick
6. Fast boot disable
7. Cable change
8. Switch level checked all fine.
9. Port fast command in Cisco switch.
10. MAC level everywhere(DHCP Server/Switch) checked and all fine
