Hey guys this is my first time asking a question on stack overflow!

I want to create a bot that when start command is triggered, forwards a message (Destination: Direct Chat between the Bot and User) that I have wrote and broadcasted from my telegram channel. Imagine my channel id is -123456 & the message id of the specific message I want to be forwarded is 3. How should I write write this code in python?

I know this is a simple task but I have tried for 2 days and nothing worked and I did lot of research and found out that people on stackoverflow have already accomplished this task I’m trying to do. So, anyone please help me! Thanks! (Sorry for my bad English)
