I am currently thinking of creating an application that allows beginners or those with little development experience to gain experience developing programs as a team and to observe actual development processes by others. However, even if beginners, including myself, find something they want to create and gather a team, they often face difficulties because they don’t know the development process. Even if we look at development or design books that include class diagrams, we still don’t understand the actual development process.
Therefore, I would like to ask everyone, if possible, to share specifically how to conduct development. As mentioned in the background, I am assuming an amateur level rather than a professional one, so I would like to know the process for developing a program of a certain size. If you could respond, I would appreciate it if you could answer the following points:
What kind of application did you create?
How many people were involved in creating it?
What was the scale of the program?
What steps did you take and what did you execute?
Any improvements to the development method (if any)?
Thank you for your time. I would be very grateful for your responses.
I read some books concering development, So I know some terminology.
