I use an Android phone
So I had my 4g data on but there was no internet access even my provider confirm it with me.

Here the weird part most of my apps was still using data but mostly using upload data
Like all of them would upload about 50-300kb
And download only 10-50kb

I try accessing the web but wasn’t able as there was no internet access.

I didn’t connect to any wifi also it was just mobile data with no internet.

Please let me know how is that possible.
Also is my apps and account safe?
