I am in a company where we have a desk (Ticketing system) for clients and I am trying to integrate LinkedIn on the desk so that the clients can see the comments on their LinkedIn “pages”.
So I checked the API products of linkedIn and thought that the Community Management API is the one that gives me the ability to retrieve the comments, replies, and likes on the page.
So I submitted an access request (on my test page) and I filled the form with my business email and the data of my company.
Unfortunately after a day it came out with the status of “Access Denied” and the following description:
Access was denied for the following reason(s):
Identity vetting failed

What should I write in the appeal ? and is the Community Management API the correct API for the purpose I need? what about the Pages Data Portability API ?
Thanks
I am still not sure what exactly to fill in the description field in the appeal.
and I am not sure if this product API is the correct one to fetch the comments, replies, and likes of the linkedIn page.
