develop a c or c++ application which acts like a Chrome Cast on ubuntu and Embedded device

I want to develop a c or c++ application which acts like a Chrome Cast, so that I can stream my android screen to that application with wireless connection(s) on my ubuntu pc，and also i have a Embedded device，i also want to develop a application on my Embedded device，so that i can stream my android screen to the Embedded device via google cast
