I am looking for a way to have a hard drive video file (.mp4, .mov) counter

Hello,

I want to have my Hard Drive count how many times a video file (.mp4, .mov) has been opened for analytics. I use a Samsung UHD Television. just wondering if I could do so I cannot find much information online about it online.

If anyone knows my answer would you also happen to know how to code this. My idea was an If Else counter.
