What to choose React or vue in Frappe Framewok

I want to know the frappe development is mostly done in vue js , why not react js ? i am planning to develop a project using frappe but i have experience in react js of 2 years . now i am confused which one should i use for production software , learn vue and use . or use react but may have specific drawbacks.
