I have a power app with two containers stacked on each other.

My goal is that both containers have a scroll bar, but currently only my bottom container has a visible scroll bar. The top container is scrollable, but the scroll bar is missing.

Things I have tried:

• turned flexible height on and off
• Scroll bar is visible when the “learn about” container height property is set to compRelatedLinksLearnAbout.ComponentFlexibleHeight, but then this pushes my “Helpful Resources” container off the screen as the height is 750
