We have 3 pod RabbitMQ cluster deployed on Kubernetes. But it goes it bad state frequently with raft status as ‘timeout’ or ‘noproc’. I am not able to find raft logs or configuration settings which might required fine tuning.

Can anybody help where I can find these configuration and logs and how can I change Raft configuration ?
I can provide more details if required.
