I have been trying to download an app from the playstore but it keeps saying that another user has installed the app already Issue is, my samsung A32s doesn’t support multiple users and I already checked my phone thoroughly for the game and found nothing at all even in all playstore accounts. Copilot suggested I try uninstalling the play store updates and deleting cache and data but that still got me the same error. Then I tried sideloading it, but it either says ” Package not installed as package appears to be invalid ” or ” Package not installed as it conflicts with an existing package ” and I guess the only difference is the verion of the game or the site I got it from. It is the Choices game by pixelberry. Truth is, I had the game sideloaded months ago and it was working just fine until one time I deleted to free up some space, wayy before the playstore error thing. I can’t really think of a reason as to why this appears. When I was sideloading it before, most of the time using Panda Helper or 5play.ru, when it was working just fine, I would often get the ” conflicts with an existing package ” error upon updating but it would go away once I have a correct version of the game, as in the next update I believe.
Copilot later suggested that I should look in the OBB and data folders in android for any folder related to pixelberry or the game itself and I opened them on my laptop and found nothing at all. It also suggested USB debugging where I will have the sdk-platform tools and give it a command to look for any traces of the package or probably any package thay has “pixelberry” written in it or something, I don’t understand that part really. But it keeps getting me this error:
Exception occurred while executing ‘list’:

Copoilot said that it could be permissions or something and that the “user 150” thing doesn’t make sense as my phone doesn’t support multiple users. What can I do?
I tried literally every option that copilot gave me but nothing worked.
Can anyone help?
I really don’t wanna have to reset my phone cause there are tons of stuff that I won’t be able to get back like game data and stuff
Thanks in advance
