I am receiving the following error:

For many days, I’ve been facing this problem, for which I have not yet found any solution. If someone knows what to do, please tell me.

I am trying to add my file on GitHub for commit by terminal on VSCode or use git bash, but have found no solution. I also tried YouTube and ChatGPT, but was not able to find a solution.
