I have this code in Notification templates

This is Subject email. Now i get e-mail with subject Alert! your disk heavnt enought space.
And i need value from dashboard to subject. Now i have set above 80% fire alert under 79% fire one OK email. And i need this 80 or more to email like this:
ALert! Your disk heavent enought space. (83) or (83%)

Pls can you help?

I try youtube, copilot, grafana manual.
Someone who solved already thsi problem.
