I’m currently trying to create a newsletter with polls for my company and my software at hand is Listserv Ver. 16.5. When designing the newsletter templates, I noticed the lack of placeholders for the subscribers’ names.

So, I’d like to customise the template in a way that when contents added and the email is send out, every subscriber is addressed directly (e. g. Dear Joe Example, …).

Is this possible somehow?
