I have a Windows Server 2012 virtual machine in Azure and I would like to increase the limit of 2 simultaneous users accessing the machine.
I recently purchased user call and device call licenses and installed them on the machine as shown in the image below (RD Licensing Manager).

But when company employees try to access this machine, the 2-user limitation still remains and Windows asks to disconnect someone when they reach the 2-user limit. What did I do wrong?
