on my WordPress, I am using WooCommerce and hence have product pages. Now, on each product page, there is a contact form 7 so users can get a quote for that product based on parameters like quantity etc.
I also have ZenDesk Chat enabled.
The issue is, if a user visits a product page, opens ZenDesk chat and talks to our salesperson/agent for 20+ minutes, and then tries submitting the contact form, he receives the error “There was an error encountered” (and in some cases the email integrated with contact form 7 does still receive the input, or sometimes not at all)
