I want to install mxnet on my latop but getting this message consistently-

Failed to build numpy
ERROR: Could not build wheels for numpy, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects.
I tried to depreciate the version of numpy from 1.26.4 to 1.23.4 but this didn’t work.
