I’m working in a telecom company, in a It ops team .The role is basically L2 support role and i work on technology like sql,unix and some amount and shell scripting work.My job contains mostly doing same thing everyday .I want to know that what, what new things should i learn and which domain is there where i can work in future which will be helpful for my career and something which is very interesting yo work in.
