I’ve been having a lot of problems with certain games/programs recently, especially more CPU focused ones. games like tmodloader, stardew valley, and programs like godot/unity. I think the issue is my cpu, as it only runs at 2.5ghz when according to intels website it should be running at 4.8-4.9ghz.

I’ve tried literally everything I can think of to fix the issue, reinstalling all drivers, reinstalling windows, updating to windows 11, flashing my bios, screwing with almost all bios settings, and the only thing I can think of now is its something wrong with my cpu.
