I have a free tier account, I created a VM with these specifications,
Form: VM.Standard.A1.Flex
OCPU count: 4
Memory (GB): 24
Local disk: Block storage only
However, when I deleted my VM, my available balance in my free tier account, which was €300, dropped to €250. Why did this happen?
I expected that deleting the VM would not result in any further charges, given that the VM was part of the free tier offerings. However, the actual outcome was a reduction in my available balance, which contradicts my expectations.
