I want to enable the notification when user submit the form, as enabling notification in the spreadsheet seems not to work

I want someone to tell me the code or if someone experienced this thing before ,

I want when the user submit the form it sends data to the google spreadsheet enable the notification so that when user submit form , notification of this will be sent to gmail
