I’m going to downgrade from MacOS Sonoma to Ventura and I don’t have any Ventura backups, so I was wondering if using my Sonoma Time Machine backup will work.

Some people say that it is impossible while others say it will work, so I don’t know the real answer.

If it’s impossible to use, are there any other ways for me to keep my data after downgrading?
