Im using iPhone 13 Pro, when i used iphones hotspot to connect to my windows laptop, it blocks terminal network calls. like in pub get in Flutter programming and git actions in bitbucket site etc.if i used the same sim in any other phone it works, and it works with other wifi connections also.

Ive tried restarting, resetting network settings and later resetting phone itself. and nothing worked.

is there any i can solve this?. any help will be appreciated.
