I am new to wireshark and I would like to achieve the following:

During establishing a connection I would like to see all traffic exchange between my local Cisco AnyConnect VPN client and the VPN server used. For that VPN server I have the URL.

What is the right approach to it? What filters do I have to use? Is it even possible? Can I read things like redirect responses?
