I am researching about the areas of informatic and how Its smart to sample for my next scientific study about the use of gen AI in the field of informatic. Keypoint for me is the skill of programming.

Now the stack overflow report is mainly for developers (which is wide), but how does it fit with the areas (software engineering, computer science, computer engineering and information systems). You recommend continuing working with the title developer overall or to focus, and if, how does the cluster in the IT looks like? Since there is rarely literature, I am still searching for a good overview.
So if you know some other journals / chats to check out for a good argumentation for my sampling or in general further (actual) literature that is important to check and mention in my paper, I am delighted to be supported by you!

Desk Research, so far 8 Interviews and a online survey with 150 developers ; in my further research (Interviews, company studies) I need to locate these interviews/ studies in the design / area of IT better
