I need a tool that allows me to create reports from our MySQL database for my team to download. They don’t know SQL at all, so I want to build some queries they can view, filter and downloaded (something like MS Access but online). I don’t need fancy dashboards with charts and all that. All I need is to build tables that can be filtered and downloaded and make them available for my team. I came across Power BI Report Server because a friend uses it to download data is they company and they showed me how it is. It seems ideal for making what I need: building some sort of data warehouse. But it’s way too expensive as it seems to be for larger organizations and have so many features we don’t need.

I had tried Google Looker Studio since my company uses Google Workspace, but when it comes to a large amount of data or where several queries have to be run, it doesn’t perform that smoothly.

Do you know any other tool similar to Power BI Report Server for a lower price?
