Before I format my pc, it worked perfectly but after I format my pc and installed everything from the scratch, lncrawl.exe (light novel crawler) is not working. How can I fix this?

I installed all necessary python packages, downloaded the lncrawl.exe software from the official owner in github. Like I usually did, I did open it but it is not working. Before I formatted my pc, it was working perfectly but afer, no! Note! I installed all the packages in the requirements.txt from the github where I donwloaded lncrawl.exe from.
