At the website “console.actions.google.com” I tried to create a “New Project”.
Error Message: Something went wrong when creating your project. please try again later
But something is wrong. I get this error:

I can`t see the project in the actions console.
On the website console.cloud.google.com I can see the project.
I still have the problem, that I can’t see the one project in the Actions Console to edit it.
I tried:
- New Google Login
- Delete Browser Data
- Create Project on Android
- with another Google Account
- set a “country of residence”
