I have recently developed a new screen for our Non-Conformance Records on Acumatica.

For this I created a new DAC ‘NCRLog’.
Upon first entry and persist, this works fine, however upon another attempt to either, persist or delete, the error ‘Another process has updated the ‘NCRLog’ record. Your changes will be lost’ pops up.

Has this happened to anyone before with a new screen?
