Safari error says the url can’t be shown because of scheme already listed on App Store ? I seriously need live person help with all of this ,I don’t know why I have developer software on my devices ,don’t know how to control it,get rid of it,I believe someone listed my info in their “team” or organization to deploy software to my devices

I tried resetting devices,currently trying to reinstall MacBook Pro software with instructions directly from Apple keep getting error there also.i fear My internet connection may be infiltrated so I was trying to connect to the IP address given on my router here to be able to access the configuration settings and try to set up a secure connection for my MacBook since it keeps getting error and having slow install for the software ,that’s when I typed in the URL http:// with the special numbers on the router and the error message I am getting is from safari ..I seriously need someone help
