We are trying to set up and run our applications on newly provisioned Windows 2022 servers. The applications are failing on few of the 2022 servers and loading just fine on other 2022 servers.
The error in the event log is:

We compared the installed software, IIS settings and they are identical between the working and non-working ones. I’m at my wits end as to what s causing this error. Appreciate any pointers. Thank you!
