I have tried everything that’s given on Google, but nothing seems to work for me. I am able to access my phpMyAdmin account, but the above-mentioned error message appears when I try to access the webpage am making. This is a project needed for a course (JavaScript, JQuery and JSON (Web application for everybody))

I have double checked all credentials and all of them correct and match with each other.
